He was a three time tag champ as part of the smoking gunns, but Billy Gunn acheive most of his success once he decided to become "Badd Ass".

After the Gunns went their separate ways, Bily found a new attitude witht the Road dogg Jesse james. As the New Age Outlaws, Road Dogg and Badd Ass have captured the tag Team titles 5 times and are arguably the best tag team in history. One nighht after Wrestlemania XIV, the Outlaws joined d-x,the most powerful and influential factions in Federation History. Together, the outlaws became perhaps the most popular and successful duo in history.
After being uncerimoniously removed from DX because of an injury,Billy Gunn returned to the federationn as "The One"

Whether its in singles competition or tag team division, There's no denying"The One" is a phenomonal athlete--arguably the best pound for pound in the federation.

On a personal Note i think he should be moved up and win the title.
